Shop credit Usually, we try and get everyone's credit used up by December 31st. Due to the November restrictions, we extended this to January 31st. We appreciate that this is now difficult for people to do and we are going to make an exception this year - all credit that currently stands will carry through the whole of 2021 and won't need to be cleared until December 31st 2021! We currently don't know when the current lockdown situation will end, nor do we have any idea what restrictions we might face as it starts to lift, for those reasons we feel it is only fair to extend this to a reasonable date. We appreciate it getting used and helps us out with our cash flow during these tricky times, so thank you to all that have already used it up! Fancy a FREE 10% on us? We are working tirelessly with the companies to work out how best to get through these times. We are due the fitting items for the new products towards the end of this month.
