It's coming 

Christmas that is. Sorry, we know it's only October and we're not saying we're going to decorate the shop just yet, but there are some fantastic new releases arriving in store and if you are one of those organised types who gets thing sorted early, be sure to check out our pro shop.

Talking of winners, there was another victory for one of the game's hottest prospects at the weekend. Following Matt Fitzpatrick's triumph at Woburn, Andy Sullivan cruised to a nine-shot win at the Portugal Masters. You couldn't help but be impressed with the way the 29-year-old went about his business on the final day. Nerves? What nerves.

Do you prefer using an iron to a hybrid?

It's no secret that hybrid, utility and rescue clubs have transformed the game of golf for many amateurs and professional golfers over the past decade. The low center of gravity helps golfers to launch the ball high and land it soft with their longer shots, something that has always been very hard to do with a 2, 3 or 4 iron in your hand! 

The majority of golfers love these clubs, however I still get lots of people coming in saying that they can't get away with them and much prefer the look of a traditional long iron!

Titleist have helped golfers who have this view to have a club with the forgiveness of a hybrid with the looks of a traditional iron. The new T-MB is available in 2,3,4 and 5 irons and is a hollow head construction with a tungsten sole. This extremely dense sole helps to lower the CG of the club and to increase MOI (moment of inertia) which basically means it's very, very forgiving.
